Well I’m not technical but I finally managed to open the port needed to get vuze working so I can download my files. It wasn’t easy I’ve never done anything like this before its quite complicated really but a good guide can be found here how to open nat . If you follow this guide you’ll get the port open and working in about 10 minutes depending on how technical you are. I think it also depend on which make of router you have some of them have a much easier user interface or GUI if your technical and some are really difficult to follow but they are all roughly the same so once you know what you need to do you can work it out on another router or firewall.
